Operational excellence, built on the tools you already own

NorthRidge helps organizations get real, measurable work out of Microsoft 365 — from Copilot readiness through the processes and training that make it stick long after the rollout ends.

Services

Four ways we work

Each engagement stands on its own. Most clients start with one and add the next once the first is holding.

Microsoft 365

Tenant configuration and knowledge organization — SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive set up the way your people actually work rather than the way the defaults assume.

  • Site architecture and permissions
  • Knowledge organization and findability
  • Governance and lifecycle policy

AI Enablement

Copilot readiness and rollout: licensing, permissions hygiene, agent design, and the guardrails that make AI output something you can put in front of a client.

  • Copilot readiness assessment
  • Oversharing and permissions remediation
  • Custom agents and prompt libraries

Process Optimization

Map what actually happens today, remove the handoffs that don't earn their keep, and automate what's left with the Power Platform.

  • Process mapping and bottleneck analysis
  • Power Automate workflows
  • Forms, approvals, and reporting

Workforce Development

Role-based training that lands — short sessions built on your real documents, with reference material your team still reaches for once we're gone.

  • Role-based M365 and Copilot training
  • Live sessions and recorded reference
  • Written runbooks and quick guides

Engagement

What working together looks like

The same person, start to finish. Here's how an engagement typically runs.

1

First call

A short conversation about your environment and what's actually getting in the way — enough to tell where the leverage is, and whether we're the right fit.

2

Assessment

We look at what you're already licensed for and how your team actually works today, before recommending anything new.

3

The work

Configuration, process changes, or training — scoped to one engagement at a time, delivered by the consultant who scoped it.

4

Handoff

Runbooks and reference material your team keeps using after we're gone. Success means you don't need to call us.

Founder

One consultant, accountable end to end

NorthRidge Integrative Consulting is led by Jeff Beall, a Microsoft ecosystem specialist working across Microsoft 365, Copilot, the Power Platform, and AI enablement.

The name is the method. Technology, process, and people are usually treated as three separate projects with three separate owners — which is exactly why so many rollouts stall at the announcement. NorthRidge takes all three as one engagement.

And you talk to the person doing the work. The consultant who scopes your project is the consultant who delivers it, from the first call through the final handoff.

A tool nobody was trained on is a line item, not a capability.

Why NorthRidge

What operational excellence actually requires

Four commitments that shape how every engagement runs.

01

You talk to the practitioner

No handoff to a junior team after the sale. The person who scopes the work is the person who does it.

02

Integrative by design

Technology, process, and training move together — so the capability survives the end of the project.

03

Built on what you already own

We start from your current licensing and configuration before recommending anything new. Most organizations are paying for more than they use.

04

Documented, not dependent

Every engagement leaves runbooks behind. Success means your team doesn't need to call us.

Let's find the one change worth making first

A short conversation is usually enough to tell where the leverage is in your environment — and whether we're the right fit to help.
